We have a reason to celebrate: 608 kilometers per liter!!

Blue Bolt has just put down a qualifying result of 534 kilometers per liter! One more round to go, in which we will do everything to surpass the result!

On the 20th of April, The Blue Racing Team was present at the second edition of the IndustrieTOP Midden Nederland, which took place at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences. The SLS printer (a 3D-printer) of Windesheim can be used again after a production stop. We tried it right away, with result! These are the side mirrors and gas/brake pedals

A lot of the members of Blue Racing had some extra time to work on our ultra-efficient car. With great results! All constructive parts (apart from the suspension points of the body) are finished. Also, a great amount of high-precise aluminum parts are ready. The testplan for these components is prepared.  

In the last couple of weeks, some of the constructive parts were infused. This is a technique to get the resin in the carbonfiber, using suppressure. With this technique, there will be as little resin as possible in the parts. This is what the well known "carbon" is.
